Make-ahead Christmas Brunch
About this event
In this demonstration class, you’ll learn to prepare the ultimate strata with black forest ham, swiss chard and Guyère cheese. Recipes include an arugula salad with marinated sweet potatoes and roasted pecans; and bite-sized sticky toffee pudding. It’s a brunch you’ll want to serve again and again.
Samples and recipes included. Class length may vary depending on student numbers, questions, etc.
Important note: In keeping with British Columbia’s Covid guidelines, attendees are required to wear masks during class. (Masks can be removed while sampling food, of course.) Registration is limited to 14 guests but as space is limited, seating will NOT be two meters apart. We are requesting proof of vaccination as an additional precaution.
