
Holiday Baking: Rugulach, Chocolate Almond Toffee and Linzer Torte Cookies

In this demonstration class, you’ll learn to bake a few of my holiday favourites.
Recipes include Rugulach, a crescent-shaped pastry made with a rich cream cheese dough and a sweet nutty filling. And, Chocolate Almond Toffee, a simple recipe with few ingredients and Linzer Torte Cookies, made with a rich roasted almond dough that’s suitable for tarts, too.
Enjoy plenty of treats while you learn. Class length may vary depending on the number of students, questions, etc.
Important note: In keeping with British Columbia’s Covid guidelines, attendees are required to wear masks during class. (Masks can be removed while sampling food, of course.) Registration is limited to 14 guests but as space is limited, seating will NOT be two meters apart. We are requesting proof of vaccination as an additional precaution.
