The Community Kitchen is the heart of the Public Market. Made possible by a grant through Vancity’s EnviroFund, this is the place to see your favorite local or visiting chef do a public demonstration or private cooking class; catch one of the Public Market vendors preparing showing how to bone a fish, make homemade bread, pasta or gelato; or help a non-profit process and preserve the season’s freshest produce.
